They were all in place, but the new studs were installed incorrectly and broke. Always press in studs, do not try to pull them through.

brand new morosso studs were installed by pulling them through and over tightening them. they failed in a non dramatic hit to some race curbing, and the result was some broken studs and a bent control arm. this had nothing to do with a lack of lugnuts as they were ALL installed at the time of the accident.
